Please note all shipments will be made seven days after item is sold. The plant will be removed from the planter, even if sold with a pot, to allow for the plant to dry. Plant will not be shipped within the pot if purchased with one as this could damage the plant during shipping.

We will inspect the roots before shipping. If any issues are found with the roots, we will offer a refund or exchange.

Please contact us prior to placing your order if you require expedited shipping or if you are located in an extremely cold region and would like your package evaluated for additional insulation to prevent frost damage.
