Our Promise & Return Policy

Plant Health & Eligibility

We want you to love your new succulent. Because plants are living things, we have a 14-day window for return or exchange requests from the date of delivery. Please keep your proof of purchase handy!

While we ship with extreme care, plants are travelers! It is completely normal for succulents to lose a couple of bottom leaves during transit or show slight color shifts as they adjust to their new home. These small changes don't affect the plant's health and are a natural part of its journey.

Initiating Your Return

We want your space to thrive with the right greenery. If your selection isn't quite right, follow these simple steps to start a return or exchange.

1. Document & Note

Check your plant within 48 hours. If there's damage from shipping, take a quick photo of the plant and its packaging. We rely on these visuals to process claims for live arrivals.

2. Contact Us

Send an email to info@meowmeowsucculents.com with your order number and photos. Our friendly team will review your request and reply within 2 business days.

3. Ship Safely

For non-live items, pack them securely in original packaging. Ship them back to the address provided in our confirmation email. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your new green companions as much as we do. If your plant arrives stressed or damaged, we're here to help restore the harmony of your indoor garden.

Refunds are processed promptly within 5–7 business days once your claim is approved. Credits will be applied to your original payment method, keeping the process as seamless as a desert breeze.
